Protecting natural places with the Countryside Code

Published on 2024-07-16 09:23:00

Natural England, which helps the government protect England’s nature places (nature and landscapes), is conducting a survey to identify strategies to design solutions that will help people to engage with nature in a way that maintains and preserves it in line with the Countryside Code. It is important to note that this survey is not about wider damage to the environment stemming from human actions (e.g. pollution, pesticide use, etc.) but about the public's interaction with natural places only. Your participation is completely voluntary and you are under no obligation to complete the survey. The survey will be anonymous and no individual data will be shared. It should take between 10-15 minutes to complete. You are welcome to forward this survey to any of your contacts that you feel may be interested in sharing their views.
