The last couple of months have been a busy time for our signpost officer, David Morton and his team. Here is a summary of the work that they have carried out and some other news.
S635 was reported stolen from Sett Valley Way but subsequently found and reinstated with cross-bars and postcrete by Hayfield Rangers
Meet with colleagues to discuss S640 in Canklow Wood, Rotherham;
S374,523/8/46 on Cuckoo Way, near Worksop inspected.
Reinstated S232 on a concrete stump and S187 on wooded stump).
Repainting of S200 on Shining Tor completed
S034 delivered Brunts Barn, Padley where it will be reinstated on the field side of the dry-stone wall, well away from electric cables, gas mains and other hazards.
S060 at Oyster Clough, reported fallen, retrieved by a PDNP Ranger and collected. Later reposted and returned to Fairholmes. It has now been reerected by Oyster Clough by PDNP ranger and volunteers.

S632/3/4 at N. Wingfield and Ault Hucknall, near Mansfield – just within Derbyshire.
Memorial Plaque for Tony Brackenbury, who died recently, fitted to S369 and repainted letters.
S215 (Phoside Farm) and S216 (Ridge Top, Hayfield) inspected.
