Important news from the Peak District Green Lanes Alliance!!! 'Our main news is that at last the government is consulting on whether to stop off-roading on green lanes – please take part in the consultation. You will see that the Government has initiated a public consultation in response to the Glover Landscapes Review. The consultation includes questions about prohibiting the use of green lanes by recreational motor vehicles (4x4s and motor bikes). We urge you to take part in the consultation since this chance to stop off-roading may not come again for many years.' The consultation can be found HERE.
