The Sheffield Landscape Lakelands Partnership Community Grant Scheme is now open for applications. The Scheme provides a flexible fund which will run throughout the lifetime of the Sheffield Lakeland Landscape Partnership and will support groups to develop their own projects to complement Sheffield Lakeland’s four outcome areas.
