Following a decision by Derbyshire County Council’s Portfolio member for Highways Transport and Infrastructure to authorise a traffic regulation order relating to Jacob’s Ladder (BOAT 15) at Stoney Middleton on 19th June, the Council is proceeding to make such an order. The decision was in accordance with the recommendation of the Executive Director – Economy Transport and Environment. It is anticipated that the Order will be made on Monday 22nd July. Those who made formal objections to the Council in respect of the proposal will be notified of the making of the order within 14 days of the Order being made, as required by the relevant regulations.
