Recently we received a report from a member of the public that a tree had fallen on one of our Signposts. Our Signpost Officer, David Morton is not a man to shirk a challenge! It took him a couple of hours of bow-sawing and lopping to clear the tree from signpost S299 in Tom Wood, Broadbottom – see the before and after photographs below. Happily the sign was unscathed.
